I have been taking OB in Sem I and will be taking HRM in Sem II and also Employment Law in Sem IV. Hence this conference will be of immense use to me.
In a sluggish economy, compensation system gets a new focus by rewarding star performers more than the rest of the pack.Most of the employers are facing the problem of employee retention and the employees as job dissatisfaction.through this conference we would be sharing new ideas and views in introducing the competitive compensation and benefits for the win-win situation.
