I have created this blog spot to disseminate information on Programs for Faculty. These programs are in-house and selected external (Third Party) programs.
I request all INC North Zone Faculty members to use these blog spot for nomination (thru comments), information sharing and for self development.
We desire to build 'traction' on this process and scale up Faculty Development and Training.

Commendable job by Dean (North). It will definitely facilitate knowledge sharing process.
Also such blogspot will foster open and transparent system in the organization.
Sigh! It has to be judged by results and not by intentions however good they might be.
Its nice to have a common platform like this to know more about such conferences to participate.

I personally believe that information on "Programs for Faculty" as provided herein should not be treated as mere information but should be taken up by each one of us as individual task & responsibility towards learning and self development.
For transforming information into tasks and achievements, the key is nothing but 'clear focus' and 'self determination'.
I would like to congratulate & thank Dean (North) for this initiative taken by him.
At the same time I express my commitment to take leverage of this platform so as to scale up the hitherto unexplored areas of self development.

My opinion is,initiveness is more tedious then carrying over the proceedings.Since administartion has always been proving their inclination towards the career growth of employees i think this would not only lead towards knowledge sharing and management but also would generate more loyality towards the organisation.With this we would definitely create and maintain our unique identity and We would surely boast our presence in building the global talents( employees and our fresh management technocrates).
